What do you need to know?
- If you do not have an EU passport, a residence permit is required to stay in Spain for more than 90 days legally.
- Residence permit NON-LUCRATIVE is one of the few whose processing MUST be started at the Spanish consulate in your country of origin. It cannot be processed from Spain, but we will help you to prepare all the documentation and make an appointment at the consulate. The second part of the process (obtaining the TIE and fingerprinting) is done with our help in Spain, once you obtain the visa.
- The residence permit procedure usually consists of 2 parts: - Submission of the application for a residence permit, obtaining a relevant document
- Appointment at the National Police for fingerprinting and submission of TIE application - The service is carried out on a SEMI-PRESENTIAL basis.
